I thought the rendering of the warrior and mage costumes and expressions was SO cute... Somehow, 2D art manages to capture cute-ness better than 3D sometimes, especially in the case of Dragonica monsters like Tutu (below).

lol.. it's in chinese, but it got some korean in it o.o... i can't fully understand it... T_T.... can only read some chinese...

The mage must have been using a special cash shop item, the "Poo Stick" which turns all normal attacks from their normal fireballs to a more icky blob of poo. I wonder if they could actually do something like that for real. Wink-wink nudge-nudge, say no more :P

Reminds me of the time when we held a focus group session and during the PvP segment, someone accidentally activated the morph-skill key using a level 20 mage.
It was the first time everyone was seeing it (and IAH had been careful not to give the testers any skill spoilers) so there was chaos in the room for a while. Everyone just sat there and laughed.
(I guess it was an effective skill in more ways that one.)

We've definitely noticed that the blog has become a forum of sorts! (Which is a great thing cos there's a mini-community building already, except the blog isn't equipped to support discussions very well).
Right now, IAH is already working to launch the Dragonica Forum soon, so we can all register to post shots, get updated game information and writeups, enjoy art-work and fiction, start discussions, run forum contests and events, and just to get to know our fellow "Dragonets" on a dedicated English platform!

"Dragonet" seems to be too feminine of a label for male players. I can't think of anything other than "Dragoner" for a male title though, but it works well when you pair the two together like:
"Listen up all you Dragoners and Dragonets, it's beta time so line up to get your key!"
What do you guys think? Maybe someone can come up with a better male label.
Personally, either one is fine. But some suggestions for the male one are:
*Dragoner
*Dragoneer
*Dragonicer
*Dragon :P (this would fit everyone)
*Dragonair (yeah, it's a pokemon ^^)

LMAO, you guy are hilarious... Actually, if you see earlier in the blog entries, IAH had wanted to call everyone Dragonians. More neutral. (I agree that Dragonet sounds like a feminine.)
But we found out later than Barunson had gone ahead and made all the EVIL minions of Dragon Lord Elga "Dragonians" without checking with us regarding what names we'd like as the only current English service. So there went our "Dragonian Chronicles". Then we saw that we were now called "Dragonets", and I threw a very unpretty fit over being stuck with "Dragonet Chronicles" for our events-history page.
BUT, if everyone thinks Dragonian, or most other names sound better than Dragonet, let's do a poll and let Barunson know. After all, WE English players are the ones who have to live with the names!
"Dragonians" sound much better than "Dragonets". I agree that it is much more neutral, and better all around. Tell Barunson they can rename the minions "Dragonoids", because -oids is a minion sounding suffix anyways!
Make a poll so we can show them what the people want, and then write up a petition to have them change the name! Let's hope they listen to reason and change the name, unless they want to have to deal with an unhappy mob of gamers.
