The log-in screen will include the option to enter a channel and server you were last in. This means if you are on Server 9 channel 2, you won't have to search for the buttons to click.

The chat box has been worked over, and now includes tabs for various channels like Guild, Buddy, General, Trade, etc.
But the other exciting thing is the Woodi emotes you can use while chatting in-game. (We know how much friendlier a conversation is when its peppered with some emotes.) And these are animated though you can't see it in the picture.

Another thing is the mini-map:
If you mouse over the dots and marker on the map, the game will show you popups of who it is and what they look like so you'll know where everyone is, so you can navigate and locate NPCs easily.
Last but not least, here's something I was really excited to see. An in-game lore-book which doubles up as your own character and world log!
(The text-wrapping is obviously not in, so do excuse that.) This will track the quests you've attempted and the battles you've won, as well as items you've encountered, etc.
More on other Community-UI features in the next post!
